Re:Church is a network of rural churches and ministry leaders working together to help local churches thrive in a changing world. We provide relationships, practical resources, coaching, and opportunities for collaboration so churches do not have to navigate ministry alone.
Re:Church is for congregations, pastors, and ministry leaders who are ready to strengthen their ministry and take faithful steps toward the future. We have a particular heart for rural and small-town churches, but we welcome conversations with any congregation that connects with our mission.
Partnership means joining a trusted network of churches and leaders committed to learning, sharing, and growing together. Each partnership is relational and shaped around the needs, opportunities, and context of the local congregation.
Partners receive access to practical ministry tools, leadership development, coaching, training opportunities, shared ideas, and connections with other congregations. Resources are designed to be useful, adaptable, and ready to apply in a local ministry setting.
Re: Church was born out of a Lilly Endowment Inc. Thriving Congregations grant overseen by Calvary Lutheran Church of Alexandria, MN, a church deeply rooted in a grace-centered ELCA theological orientation. Today, Re:Church works with congregations from a variety of backgrounds that share a commitment to Jesus and the mission of the local church. We value theological integrity while creating space for churches to learn from one another across denominational lines.
No. Re:Church does not offer a one-size-fits-all program or take control of a congregation’s ministry. We listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help leaders identify faithful and practical next steps for their unique setting.
Partnership options are designed to be accessible and responsive to the size and needs of each congregation. Contact us to learn more about available partnership opportunities and what would be the best fit for your church.

Getting started begins with a conversation. We want to hear about your congregation, celebrate what God is already doing, and learn where you may need support. From there, we can explore whether a Re:Church partnership is the right next step.
